The location is quite convenient, with easy access to various restaurants and shops nearby. I also liked the breakfast options. They provided a wide variety of choices, so it was easy to find something I liked (especially the fresh fruit!).
I noticed the laundry service seemed quite expensive. To have my laundry done elsewhere cost about the same as getting my socks washed there. The Wi-Fi would also cut out intermittently. It stopped working for a few minutes and then came back on in cycles.

the breakfast was acceptable , but it was not extraordinary.
The laundry service seemed excessively expensive . I could have done my laundry elsewhere for the price of washing a few socks. the wifi also cut out frequently , disrupting my ability to work. i had to constantly ask for information that should have been readily available.

amazing locationfriendly staffstreet noise
i found the location amazing , very close to the park. the staff were very friendly and accommodating to all requests.
the room i had faced the street , and i could hear the vehicles passing by at night. my wife is a light sleeper and it woke her up a few times.

nearby retiro parkconnecting doorconfusing layout
the location near retiro park was acceptable.
My room had a connecting door to another room's bathroom and i heard the other guests very clearly at 7:30 in the morning. they were making unpleasant noises for half an hour and it woke me up. the hotel layout was confusing too. I searched for my room for 15 minutes because the signs were unclear regarding odd and even numbers.
